How do I install an add-on?Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you the add-on is ready to install. This is typically 1-2 business days after purchase. In your NetSuite account, navigate to Customisation > SuiteBundles > Search & Install Bundles, and use the search function to install the Bundle. Agreeing to the Terms of Sale is mandatory. The Bundle will perform it's own initial setup, then you're good to go!

How do I use an add-on?Each Bundle comes with it's own User Guide, which is available via the SuiteBundles page. In your NetSuite account, navigate to Customisation > SuiteBundles > Search & Install Bundles, and search for the add-on in question. There will be attached documentation with an outline of the Bundle and how to use it. This is also available on the product details page of this website for each add-on.

Can I uninstall an add-on, and what would it cost me?You can uninstall an add-on at any time via the SuiteBundles list in your NetSuite account. This does not however stop the billing cycle. The best way to prevent being overcharged is to Contact Us, notifying that you no longer want the Bundle, and we will cancel your subscription. The Bundle will be removed from your account shortly after, and email confirmation sent. There is no cancellation fee for any add-on.

Can I post on the insights forum?Yes, anyone can post provided they set up a login. Once you have set up your account, you are welcome to post anytime. We love to hear about what you have learnt, or what questions you have come up with. All posts are moderated to ensure relevancy and appropriateness, but we promise not to be jerks about it.
