NetSuite doesn't natively offer a numbering system, and some addons are paid.

EOM Terms:
In some countries, payment terms are often offered based on date of statement, or end of month.
NetSuite's payment terms functionality doesn't exactly cover this already, the closest being payment terms starting from a particular day of the month (eg. 30th). And of course, not every month has the same number of days.
